Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Roxy Reynard ("I," "me"). This policy explains what I collect, why, and the choices you have. Short version: I collect your email only if you give it to me, I use it only to send you my newsletter, and I never sell or share it.

What I collect

• Email address — only when you subscribe to the newsletter. I also store the date, the page you signed up from, and your opt-in confirmation, so I can prove your consent.
• Site analytics — page views, outbound clicks, newsletter form submissions, audiobook-code request submissions, referrers, and rough visitor counts. I use a private first-party dashboard plus Google Analytics 4. I do not send email addresses, names, or message text to analytics.

Why I use it

To send you release announcements, deals, and occasional bonus content — the things you signed up for. My legal basis is your consent, which you give with a double opt-in (you confirm by clicking a link in a confirmation email).

Who I share it with

No one, except services that run the site, deliver email, protect forms from bots, and measure aggregate traffic, including AWS, Cloudflare Turnstile, and Google Analytics. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and once you do, your address is removed from active sending.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe at any time (link in every email, or the unsubscribe page).
• Ask what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, by emailing roxyreynard@protonmail.com.
• If you’re in the EEA/UK or California, you have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA; email the address above and I’ll honor them.

Age

My books are for adults. This site and newsletter are intended for readers 18 and older, and I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
